Meet Our Team
Kurt Masser, President
Retired member of the PA House of Representatives where he served in leadership as Caucus Administrator. Kurt also served as County Commissioner for 7 years and is also a small business owner.
Robert Slaby, Associate
Rob served as Coal Township Manager and Secretary for 16 years where he was a
member of the Northumberland County Tax Collection Committee. He also served as a
PA State Association of Township Commissioners (PSATC) representative to the PA
Department of Community & Economic Development’s Community Development &
Housing (CD&H) Advisory Committee.
Rob serves as a board member of his local sewer authority.
Rob is a 2005 magna cum laude graduate of Millersville University with a degree in
Government & Political Affairs and a minor in History. He is a 2001 graduate of Mount
Carmel Area High School.
Glenn Masser, Esq.
Glenn served as an Attorney for the Pennsylvania Department of State’s Prosecution Division for 10 years in Harrisburg, PA, handling professional licensing cases before a majority of 29 state licensing boards and commissions. He also served as an Assistant Counsel for the Department of Environmental Protection’s Northcentral Region for 2 years in Williamsport, PA, handling various oil and gas, waste, safe drinking water, and air quality cases.
Glenn is a 2013 graduate of Florida Coastal School of Law and continues to maintain his Pennsylvania Attorney’s License. He is a 2010 graduate of Bloomsburg University and a 2006 graduate of Southern Columbia Area School District.
