Kurt Masser, President
Retired member of the PA House of Representatives where he served in leadership as Caucus Administrator. Kurt also served as County Commissioner for 7 years and is also a small business owner.
Marcy Toepel, Associate
Marcy was a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 147. Toepel assumed office in 2010. Toepel left office on November 30, 2020. Marcy served in House leadership as Caucus Chair. Marcy Toepel was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in a special election on May 18, 2010. She was re-elected to a full two year term in November of that year and again in 2012 and 2014. Recently,
Marcy was appointed to serve as the Deputy Policy Chair for the House Policy Committee and re-appointed as Deputy Whip. She also serves on the House Consumer Affairs, Health, Judiciary and Professional Licensure Committees. Prior to her election to the state house, Marcy worked in a number of capacities in private industry before joining the staff of the Montgomery County Clerk of Courts in 1996. Eventually, Marcy was promoted to First Deputy, responsible for the day-to-day administration of the office charged with managing and processing filings related to criminal court proceedings. In 2008, Marcy was hired as First Deputy to the Montgomery County Recorder of Deeds.
